Responsibility
- Lead manpower planning (MPP) processes to ensure optimal staffing levels aligned with business goals.
- Design and refine organizational structures to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop and update job descriptions, role responsibilities, and competency frameworks to clarify expectations and drive performance.
- Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and implement proactive recruitment and retention strategies.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including onboarding, training, and career development programs.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all HR operations.
- Collaborate with the HCBP Manager to align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or assistant managerial role.
- Proven expertise in manpower planning, organizational design, and job analysis.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and data analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
