Responsibility
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to align with company goals and local labor laws.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, with a focus on building a diverse and high-performing team.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and career development planning.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies, including payroll, benefits, and leave management.
- Act as a liaison between Mandarin-speaking employees and management, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Support HR analytics and reporting to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
