Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support HR operations, including payroll processing, leave management, and employee records maintenance.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, wellness programs, and company events.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, providing guidance to employees and management as needed.
- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development planning.
- Handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Support HR reporting and analytics, providing insights to improve HR strategies and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR policies and initiatives effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
