We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant HR Executive or Deputy HR Executive to join our dynamic HR team in the Central Region. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the full spectrum of Human Resources operations, ensuring that our workforce is supported, engaged, and aligned with our organizational excellence.

You will support key HR pillars, including talent acquisition, employee benefits administration, performance management, and organizational development. Responsibility

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, leave management, and payroll support.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and corporate events.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, metrics, and workforce analytics to support decision-making.
  • Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth operational workflows and HR services.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant HR operational experience.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore Employment Act and local labor regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethic.
  • Strong analytical mindset with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
