Responsibility
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices across regional teams.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for regional hires.
- Manage employee records, documentation, and compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with HQ and regional finance teams.
- Oversee office administration, including vendor management, facilities maintenance, and workplace safety.
- Act as a liaison between regional teams and HQ, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on HR and operational matters.
- Organize and facilitate training programs, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for management to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with exposure to regional or international teams.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in a multicultural or remote work setting is highly desirable.
