Responsibility
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations to maintain operational excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue streams while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute strategies that drive occupancy and revenue growth.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly with professionalism and discretion.
- Oversee emergency procedures, health and safety protocols, and crisis management to ensure guest and staff well-being.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a multicultural team.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of hotel management software (PMS, POS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for the hospitality industry with a guest-centric mindset.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
