Responsibility
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.
- Coordinate with departments such as production, logistics, and supply chain to streamline workflows and resolve bottlenecks.
- Represent the company in stakeholder meetings, negotiations, and partnerships to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, financial metrics, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within manufacturing, transport, or logistics.
- Proven track record of process optimization, cost reduction, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
