Responsibility
- Assist the Front Office Manager in supervising daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests.
- Ensure all guest interactions are handled professionally, efficiently, and with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Monitor and maintain accurate room availability, reservations, and billing systems.
- Train, mentor, and motivate front desk staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee cash handling, night audit processes, and financial reporting for the front office.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a front office or guest services role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership skills with experience supervising or training staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS, Amadeus) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
