Responsibility
- Process customer food and beverage orders efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with accuracy and integrity.
- Provide friendly, professional service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and surrounding areas.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries or complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Upsell menu items or promotions when appropriate to boost sales.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a cashier, preferably in a food service or hospitality setting.
- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and order processing software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
