Responsibility
- Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring seamless check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of front desk agents to deliver 5-star service and exceed guest expectations.
- Resolve guest complaints and escalations professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure operational efficiency and guest delight.
- Monitor and analyze front office performance metrics, implementing improvements where needed.
- Uphold Accorâs brand standards, policies, and SOP compliance across all guest interactions.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives for the front office department.
- Stay updated on industry trends and local attractions to provide personalized recommendations to guests.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-first mindset with a focus on service recovery.
- Proficiency in PMS (Property Management Systems) such as Opera, Amadeus, or similar.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in Baliâs tourism industry or with international guests is advantageous.
