Responsibility
- Oversee daily food court operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor and evaluate tenant performance, providing guidance to enhance service quality and sales.
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and compliant environment.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to support new projects and initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve foot traffic, tenant retention, and revenue growth.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and common areas to ensure optimal condition.
- Train and mentor staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food court, F&B, or retail management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as local compliance requirements.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with experience in POS systems, inventory management, or operational software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
