Responsibility

  • Oversee daily food court operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate tenant performance, providing guidance to enhance service quality and sales.
  • Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and compliant environment.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to support new projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve foot traffic, tenant retention, and revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and common areas to ensure optimal condition.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in food court, F&B, or retail management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as local compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
