Responsibility
- Assist in overseeing daily operations of multiple F&B outlets including restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities
- Support the F&B Manager in maintaining the highest standards of service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and support teams to ensure seamless dining experiences
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, and control food and beverage costs
- Train, motivate, and evaluate F&B staff to deliver Shangri-La's renowned service standards
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally to ensure service recovery
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing initiatives to drive revenue
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, F&B Management, or related field
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and service excellence
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong financial acumen with experience in cost control and budget management
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Valid food safety certification (preferred)
