Responsibility
- Assist the Floor Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with the logistics team for replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, staff productivity, and inventory status.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional strategies and drive sales growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff.
- Proficient in inventory management and basic retail software systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to resolving issues.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required by the business.
