Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Supervise and mentor floor staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and ensure product displays are attractive and well-maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in achieving sales targets by motivating the team and implementing promotional strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across the store.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations, including logistics and merchandising.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, inventory, and staff productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, POS systems).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
