Responsibility
- Assist the Floor Manager in supervising daily operations, including staff scheduling, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, addressing complaints, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and coordinating with vendors to meet demand.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to uphold company standards and service excellence.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and contribute to strategies to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all operational areas.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, logistics) to execute promotions, events, or operational improvements.
- Prepare reports on daily activities, sales metrics, and staff performance for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or floor management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
