Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, month-end close, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing actionable insights to senior management for strategic planning.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in financial operations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and address findings promptly.
- Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and financial risk assessments to support business stability.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations in Indonesia/Singapore.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and present findings clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in process improvement initiatives and change management within finance teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple deadlines.
