Responsibility
- Assist the CFO in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Oversee the consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, audit requirements, and internal controls across all financial operations.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to forecast budgets, analyze variances, and provide strategic financial insights.
- Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and working capital to optimize liquidity and financial stability.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth audits and inspections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance under IFRS or GAAP.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, corporate governance, and audit processes.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with senior leadership and external partners.
