Responsibility

  • Assist the CFO in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
  • Oversee the consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, audit requirements, and internal controls across all financial operations.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to forecast budgets, analyze variances, and provide strategic financial insights.
  • Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and working capital to optimize liquidity and financial stability.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth audits and inspections.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance under IFRS or GAAP.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, corporate governance, and audit processes.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with senior leadership and external partners.
