Responsibility
- Lead the full spectrum of accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international standards (e.g., IFRS).
- Spearhead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, provisions, and intercompany transactions.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits and tax filings.
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to mitigate risks and improve efficiency.
- Support cash flow management and treasury functions, including liquidity planning and foreign exchange transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-set accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP/IFRS.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in multinational companies or regional finance teams is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
