Responsibility
- Assist in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Oversee General Ledger entries and reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including audits and tax filings.
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity, recommending improvements to optimize financial performance.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, aligning financial plans with business objectives.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or similar certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on AR, AP, and General Ledger management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Experience in the real estate or property development industry is an advantage.
