Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage and reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and other financial transactions.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries to facilitate smooth audits and compliance processes.
- Prepare and file tax documents, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to local regulations.
- Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive business decisions.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval and reference.
- Liaise with bankers and financial institutions to manage accounts, payments, and other banking-related tasks.
- Assist in the implementation of financial software and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy in accounting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional certification).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets accurately.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus (or willingness to learn).
