Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the full Accounts Payable (AP) cycle, including invoice processing, verification, and payment execution.
- Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Reconcile AP transactions and resolve discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in AP workflows and reduce processing time.
- Prepare and present financial reports related to AP activities, including aging reports and cash flow projections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement and finance, to ensure alignment on payment terms and budgets.
- Monitor and enforce internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring all AP-related entries are accurately recorded.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and local financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
