Responsibility
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies to support company growth and profitability.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Conduct financial audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
- Support the finance team in tax planning, filings, and liaising with external auditors and tax authorities.
- Drive process improvements and implement financial systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems, Excel, and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
