Responsibility
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve discrepancies and issues related to invoice processing in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Prepare and submit financial reports as required by management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Provide support for audits and financial reviews as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in invoice processing or accounts payable.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a shared services environment is a plus.
