Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations for property management portfolios, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
- Collaborate with property managers to optimize revenue streams and control operational expenses.
- Conduct financial audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investment strategies for property assets.
- Lead financial reporting to stakeholders, including owners, investors, and senior management.
- Implement and maintain financial software systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in property management or real estate.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax compliance, and reporting standards in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
