Responsibility
- Oversee the full set of accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and management accounts in compliance with local and international standards.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies, including GST/VAT filings and audits.
- Collaborate with project teams to monitor budgets, track expenses, and provide financial insights for construction and manufacturing projects.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of financial operations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, provisions, and financial analysis.
- Assist in cash flow management, forecasting, and financial planning to support business growth.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in full set accounting, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and tax regulations in Indonesia or Singapore.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is an advantage.
