Responsibility
- Oversee the full set of accounts for multiple entities, including active and dormant companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate smooth audits and tax filings.
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
- Support senior management with financial insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for business growth.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, including VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements in Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) is a strong plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in handling full sets of accounts for multiple entities, including dormant companies.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
