Responsibility
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns in compliance with BIR regulations.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary financial data.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors.
- Resolve discrepancies and issues related to tax filings and financial records.
- Support the finance team in day-to-day accounting tasks and projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or tax compliance.
- Strong knowledge of BIR regulations and tax filing procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in accounting or tax compliance is a plus.
