Responsibility
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness before payment.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare and execute payment runs, ensuring adherence to company policies and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including accruals and financial reporting.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Support the finance team in audits and compliance-related tasks as needed.
- Utilize accounting software to input, track, and manage financial data efficiently.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial regulations.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
