Responsibility
- Lead and execute end-to-end supply chain accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely month-end close processes.
- Analyze cost variances, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize supply chain financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial reporting with operational goals and compliance standards.
- Develop and maintain cost accounting models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Monitor inventory valuation, overhead costs, and supply chain expenditures to ensure financial accuracy.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce financial risks in supply chain operations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost accounting, supply chain finance, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and supply chain cost analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Strong communication skills to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience in a multinational or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
