Responsibility
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, tax information, and benefits.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, tax deductions, and benefits.
- Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll software and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and local labor laws.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Certification in payroll management is a plus.
