Responsibility
- Assist in the daily financial operations of the department, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Process billing transactions and ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
- Liaise with internal branches and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
- Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and resolution of discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably as an Accounts Assistant.
