Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fixed assets, including acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation.
- Conduct regular physical audits of fixed assets to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and analyze fixed asset reports, including depreciation schedules and asset valuations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper documentation and tracking of asset movements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards related to fixed asset management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of asset management policies and procedures.
- Provide support during internal and external audits related to fixed assets.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in asset management processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fixed asset management, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and fixed asset management practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
