Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct in-depth financial data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Manage and reconcile charge codes to ensure accurate allocation of expenses across departments.
- Develop and maintain automated financial dashboards to streamline reporting and enhance data visibility.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather financial data and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by analyzing historical data and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist in audits by preparing documentation and coordinating with external auditors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, or audit, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Experience with dashboard automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance is advantageous.
