Responsibility
- Manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and company policies.
- Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing documentation and explanations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial workflows.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and local financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
