Responsibility
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries related to payroll matters.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Officer or similar role, with expertise in manual payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and payroll regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
