Responsibility
- Transition historical financial data to QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure 100% compliance with BIR and other government regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and file tax returns, financial statements, and other required reports in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Finance Administrator, preferably with QuickBooks expertise.
- Strong knowledge of BIR regulations and tax compliance in the Philippines.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a remote or hybrid work setting is a plus.
