Responsibility
- Process all client or miscellaneous payments daily or as required to sub-ledger.
- Maintain and distribute accurate listing of overdue accounts.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and send out invoices and statements to clients.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and generate financial reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and financial reporting standards is a plus.
