Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive audits of financial records, operational processes, and regulatory compliance to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Identify and assess financial and operational risks, proposing actionable recommendations to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, conclusions, and practical recommendations for management review.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and track corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, accounting standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of internal audit methodologies, tools, and procedures.
- Support special investigations or ad-hoc audits as required by senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or finance are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of auditing standards, financial regulations, and risk management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with audit software is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
