Responsibility
- Process and verify invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner to maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Prepare and process payments via various methods, including checks, wire transfers, and electronic payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions in the accounting system.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing reports and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth and efficient payment processes.
- Monitor and manage outstanding payables to ensure timely payments and avoid late fees or penalties.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and support to internal and external auditors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with vendors and internal teams.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
