Responsibility
- Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and execute timely payments to vendors, employees, and other stakeholders.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all payable activities, including filing and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to validate expense reports and approvals.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments to maintain healthy vendor relationships.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and financial reporting.
- Implement and improve AP processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or local ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of transactions accurately.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance standards.
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
