Responsibility
- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and expense reports.
- Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursements.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare financial forecasts.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors and financial institutions.
- Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Provide financial insights to aid decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial administration or accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
