Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts and budgets, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
- Monitor cash flow and manage liquidity to support operational and strategic initiatives.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions and strategic planning.
- Lead and mentor junior financial staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
