Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the accounting team, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations.
- Oversee daily financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with local tax regulations.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support financial planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
