Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic financial planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, audits, and regulatory reporting.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborate with department heads to monitor expenditures, optimize costs, and improve financial processes.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring deadlines are met with precision.
- Support the Finance Manager in developing financial policies, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in the cosmetics, retail, or FMCG industry is highly desirable.
