Responsibility
- Assist the Factory Manager in overseeing daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with department heads to optimize workflows, reduce downtime, and improve productivity.
- Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure products meet industry and company standards.
- Manage inventory levels, including raw materials and finished goods, to support seamless operations.
- Lead, mentor, and train production staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and drive performance in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot operational challenges.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, production planning software, or MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, GMP, or other industry-specific certifications is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
