Responsibility
- Assist in the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in commercial and residential properties.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory of spare parts and equipment.
- Support the implementation of preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of building systems.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and resolve technical issues with minimal downtime.
- Assist in energy efficiency initiatives and sustainability projects to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or property operations (internships included).
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call duties for emergencies.
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
