Responsibility
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for electrical systems in main construction projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of electrical components
- Perform clash detection and resolution to optimize construction efficiency
- Generate detailed construction drawings and documentation from BIM models
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and international BIM standards
- Provide technical support during construction phases based on BIM models
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to design optimization
- Maintain and update BIM libraries with electrical components and systems
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modeling for electrical systems in construction
- Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Strong understanding of electrical systems in commercial and residential buildings
- Experience with BIM 360 and other collaboration tools
- Knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
