Responsibility
- Oversee and supervise daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and construction documentation for accuracy and feasibility.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
- Maintain detailed records of project progress, including reports, photographs, and as-built documentation.
- Collaborate with the project management team to resolve technical challenges and optimize construction methods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site engineering, construction supervision, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards (e.g., SNI, ISO).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software for preparing and interpreting technical drawings.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
