Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily F&B outlet operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and team productivity.
- Maintain and enforce high standards of service, hygiene, and food safety in compliance with local regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Oversee POS cashiering operations, including transaction accuracy, reporting, and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Train, mentor, and motivate F&B staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and assist in cost control measures.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute promotional events or menu updates.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Familiarity with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP) and local health regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
