Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align on event requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee on-site event operations, including setup, guest registration, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring guests receive personalized and attentive support throughout their experience.
- Coordinate with catering, AV, and decor teams to ensure all event elements are delivered as planned.
- Prepare and distribute event-related documentation, including run sheets, floor plans, and post-event reports.
- Monitor event budgets and expenses, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and vendors.
- Proficient in using event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
